Olivia Branch is a brand that represents inner peace and promotes peace unto others. As a fulltime employee working in corporate America, a single mother of an 9 year old daughter, a caregiver to my mother who suffers from bipolar schizophrenia, and girl scout leader I can say I sure do appreciate some relaxing TLC! In 2016 I myself was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, which is an autoimmune illness which affects the nervous system. One of the major triggers of MS episodes is stress. After trying to do research on my newly diagnosed uncurable broad spectrum illness I found more stress was added to me now knowing I had been attacked by this "negative" MS monster! Over time I tried to find ways to decompress, relax and stay stress free. Starting with positive affirmations was my 1st defense, taking alone time out for myself was next, Meditating and adding crystal healing to my daily routine, and lastly creating spaces in my home with feel good scents has been the most effective addition. For me being able to relax with a good smelling candle, filling the room as well as opening my smelling sense and putting my mind at ease takes me to a calm state of being. I created Olivia Branch with self care / self love, peace and kindness being at the center of my focus! May you have peace within to extend outwards....
