NoireTV showcases music video programming featuring such diverse genres as Afrobeat, dancehall, and hip-hop along with syndicated movies and reality TV shows. The TV station also distributes original content developed in-house by its parent company, Caspen Media, which operates a closed-loop subscription model for content development and distribution. In the U.S. NoireTV can be found on Verizon Fios Channel 269 and Optimum Cablevision Channel 1100 and in the Caribbean/ South and Central America NoireTV can be found on Digicel Channel 544 (Channel 714 in Jamaica).
