A program created by Amina, dedicated to providing nutrition, energy, and wellness services for people dealing with burnout and chronic stress. The services included virtual consultation and coaching sessions, goal/client-specific individualized plans, and additional skills to achieve optimal well-being. Mission Statement: Life comes in phases and healing is continuous. This phase of healing is all about N.E.W beginnings, where nutrition, energy, and wellness practices live to empower you in overcoming burnout and chronic stress. Current available services are Nutritional Therapy (general 6-8 week program) and Chakra Healing (general 4-week program)
