Nicholson Business Development (NBD) Consulting Services is a boutique management consulting company based out of Orange County, California. Our primary focus is on agile transformation within enterprise organizations.    In working with C-Level and Senior Director roles, we help leaders define the expected outcomes of an agile transformation program and determine the metrics that will be used to demonstrate value. We also help senior leaders identify current roadblocks in adopting a lean-agile mindset.   At the Portfolio/Program layer, we help Directors and Managers to create systems that allow teams to be successful and ensure cross-team dependency management, issues and risks are being surfaced and addressed in a timely manner.   At the Team Level, we help agile teams to develop practices that create great products and/or services, execute against roadmaps and accelerate innovation.   While we coach technical leadership and teams on how to deliver resilient software solutions, we work side-by-side with business areas such as Product Management to create and deliver on Roadmaps.   In addition to Agile Coaching, we provide training for Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFe).
