The Mental Health Spa provides Mental Health Education services. Individuals, companies, or organizations will benefit from individual and/or group sessions that enhance, drive and motivate. Mental Health Spa sessions can include discussions, lecturettes, interactive workshops, and training facilitation. The tools and skills acquired via The Mental Health Spa coaching sessions will aid clients in reassessing and releasing thought patterns, behavior patterns, relationships, pro-social skills, systemic patterns (for organizations/companies) and other factors that have been barriers to achieving success, reaching goals and surpassing milestones.
