Dr. Tonicia Freeman-Foster, also known as Dr. T. or Dr. TF², serves as the Co-Founder & CEO of LEIDOSWEL (pronounced lead-us-well)—a national firm specializing in leadership development coaching and consulting for mid- to executive-level leaders and entrepreneurs nationally. The three pillars of LEIDOSWEL are Learn Well, Lead Well, and Live Well. Dr. T. believes leadership is a muscle that requires exercise and enhancement, and she has a healthy obsession with all things leadership.
