EXAU produces premium Italian extra virgin olive oil with olives grown along the Ionian coast of Calabria, southern Italy. EXAU was cofounded by Skyler Mapes one of the only Black female olive oil producers in the world. She has been featured on Forbes 30 Under 30 and Oprah's Favorite Things 2x.
